Our own in-house mobile solution is designed to provide real time tracking of all parcels right to the exact minute of the day the delivery took place. We are delighted at how well it is working and the difference it has made to our ability to exceed our customers’ expectations.

In addition to real time tracking, the handheld device, which has been deployed at every hub throughout the country:

  • provides hubs with real time information of all deliveries and collections;
  • facilitates efficient capturing of POD’s;
  • eliminates non-deliveries due to customers having incorrect documentation; and
  • Provides image copies of RICA / FICA documents.
